Experienced my first encounter with vertigo and MedCenter North was able to give me back my ability to walk without dizziness nor nausea and they did it all with kindness and respect for my situation. Great people who actually care about the people they treat.

I took my 11 daughter for dizziness, nausea and headaches. The check in process was fast without any delay! The front desk was customer service friendly and very professional. Dr Tuten had the best bedside manners. He was very thorough in the explanation of test results and initiated a plan of care immediately! We were in and out in. This was our first visit to Med Center North, You guys ROCK ♥️ Stay safe during these times and be Blessed!!

These guys are always great with my little girl. We have never had to wait an extraordinary amount of time and their staff is very knowledgeable and experienced!

The staff was very friendly .I did the online check -in and I got a text within 2 minutes telling me my place in line . I just needed a vaccine and I was in and out within 20 minutes . Great experience !

Such an efficient & sweet staff! I went in yesterday with a headache & fever I just couldn't kick. I have had high exposure to Covid at my workplace but had previously tested negative 5 days prior. The new CRNP (I wish I had gotten his name) was SUPER thorough and informative. He treated my migraine in office and wrote out a regime of vitamins and other OTC medicines to take to treat the symptoms of Covid that I was presently experiencing. He also retested me for Covid since I tested last week BEFORE I had symptoms present. He really made me feel like he CARED and WANTED me to get well, and as a patient, what more could you ask for? Dr. Tuten came in and agreed with how the CRNP wanted to treat me and was as kind as he always is. He's a true gem to MedCenter North! The ladies at the front desk & the nurses also treated me very sweetly. If I had a dollar for every "We hope you feel better" I got yesterday from the staff, I'd buy MedCenter North a lobster dinner...or margaritas...they probably need copious amounts of margaritas after working through this Covid mess! LOL! I'm 36 years old, but let me tell you...when you're sick like I was yesterday, you just want someone to take care of you. MedCenter North's team did just that! Thanks, you guys!!!

Absolutely the best experience I have experienced in my 70 plus years of medical care.
Every person on the team was knowledgeable and professional and by using the online check-in wait time was better than expected.

Everyone from the front desk employees to the Nurse Practitioner were extremely nice. They were also very efficient and there wasn't much of a wait time. I was tested for 3 different things that could have been possible based on my symptoms. The results were back quickly and before I knew it I was diagnosed, given two shots and they had my prescriptions called in for me at my local pharmacy. They definitely made me feel better!

For them to be short staff we had to wait awhile BUT it's worth it. The staff greeted us with kindness and respect. Wait time in the rooms were short. This is a wonderful place to go for medical attention. They took great care of my husband and me. We are grateful.

As a Veteran, I love using urgent care for quick visits to the clinic instead of waiting at the VA. No appointments is required. If I am sick, I can check in online and they will send a text when it is time to come in. Always handles the paperwork for the VA so I am never harassed about a bill. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The doctors are very professional and informative.

I have gone here a few times and each time everyone there has been friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. They provide hand sanitizer if you need it. This is a urgent care so wait times do very. I have waited an hour and I have waited 4 hour's. This should be expected if they had a lot of people to see.

From time I walked in the door, until I walked out, it was a great experience. Especially when you don't feel well. The front desk workers where phenomenal! The dr. Was professional and her concern shows in her taking the time to explain answers to the questions I had and her advise has help tremendously. I didn't have to wait long and was very pleased with that.

Med Center Northport is my center of choice when my primary physician is booked or unavailable. My family and I have enjoyed prompt and caring service at very reasonable cost. Being a Registered Nurse it's very important to me that my family receives the best professional care as well and the Med Center Northport delivers the best. These folks are kind and helpful and very hard for your needs to be met. My family had experienced an outbreak of Covid this last visit, seems one of us was visiting every two days or so as a result. They helped us through a very difficult time and I am very grateful for their help and understanding through our Covid crisis. They are a great team should you need excellent medical help in a hurry.

I went to medcenter for my sinus. The Dr saw me and gave me so medication. The medication I received was to strong. After taking it for 3 days I called the medcenter back and told them what was going on. The nurse called me back and I had a different kind of medication at the drug store. And now I'm feeling better. Thanks Medcenter.
